Princess Soraya, second wife of the Shah of Iran As you might know the Phonebook of the World (mother site of Hotels of the World) comes from Paris which was also the home of Princess Soraya. As funny as it might sound it was me that gave her an Internet Lesson well she was not very talented for computers ... but she was charming ... and when talking about my idea to list Hotels, she mentioned that I should certainely not forget the Palace Hotel from St Moritz ... and while editing these Pages I should certainely not forget to mention her. |

Guest of the Palace Hotel in St Moritz have always liked Jewellery. Princess Soraya, the 2nd wife of the Shah of Iran loved going to St Moritz where the Shah later bought the Villa Suvretta. Not beeing able to have children and to give birth to an heir to the Throne of Iran the Shah remaried to Farah Diba. Princess Soraya lived the Rest of her life in Paris. |
